Carglumic Acid is indicated for your pediatric and adult patients as:

  • Adjunctive therapy to standard of care for the treatment of acute hyperammonemia due to N-acetylglutamate synthase (NAGS) deficiency
  • Maintenance therapy for the treatment of chronic hyperammonemia due to NAGS deficiency

Carglumic Acid is available through Anovo® Specialty Pharmacy

All prescriptions for Carglumic Acid need to be sent directly to Anovo Specialty Pharmacy, using either of these methods.
